Final engine assembly is done in a "clean room." Dirt is the enemy of engines throughout their life but it starts right here. An engine built with dirt in it will not last to TBO. Each engine is assembled by one mechanic recording every step, and checked at critical points and signed for by an inspector.

Our cylinder room has full service capability. We can do the complete cylinder overhaul right here including oversizing on the Sunnen KC-16 shown here. Today about 3/4 of our overhaul customers choose new cylinders so the cylinder department devotes most of it's time to customer repairs and cylinder overhaul for repair shops.
