| Once all of the parts are cleaned and inspected, they are arranged in our unique two tiered assembly bays along with the new parts to be installed. We have five buildup bays available. This system allows for simple inventorying as the parts are laid out, as well as easy access to all of the parts and subassemblies during the build process. | ||||||

| Crankcase halves are laid on the bench for installation of the camshaft and tappets. Prop governor gears are installed, the crankcase is threaded, and sealant is then applied for assembly. | ||||||
